Charlotte holds an extensive array of childcare experience from her employment as a Full Time Nanny, Temporary Nanny, Proxy Parenting, Event Nanny and a Day Care, Nursery Manager. She holds a Level 5 qualification in Early Years and Education, whilst holding a number of additional, recognised childcare qualifications.
Charlotte has recruited and vetted a number of childcare professionals throughout her career and holds a strong Nanny and Early Years network, with excellent knowledge of Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire.

Charlotte was really friendly and super efficient in helping me find a nanny placement with a lovely local family. She was very thorough with her reference checks, asked lots of questions to check my experience and find out about what I was looking for in a nanny job and always communicated with me whenever was necesssary!
